Payment should preferably be made online through our online registration module. Following mode of payment is accepted (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, American Express and PayPal). Kindly note a 3.4% rate is applied for all online payments.

Payments can also be done by direct bank transfer.

Please note that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration will begin on Friday the 04th of April, 2014, at 08:00. Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME hours, program, conference bag and other information upon finalizing registration.

Group Registration

Companies that would like to sponsor a group of delegates attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons..

Receipt On Participation

Upon completion of registration and confirmation on payment you will receive an email confirming your registration. The confirmation will contain a registration number that will be used during registration.


Attendee's Policy

Attendance at the Third Emirates International Pediatric Neurology Conference is open to Doctors, non-doctors and Medical Students.

Delegates have the option to register for a full registration (Friday-Saturday) or a daily registration in which you can choose the days intended for attendance.

Spouses or guests of attendee's are not allowed to attend scientific sessions and are further permitted to attend the coffee breaks and lunches.

Pharmaceutical representatives whose companies are represented in the function hall cannot officially register for a session but can attend if space is available. Product materials cannot be displayed in meeting rooms, and distribution of product information during meetings is strictly prohibited. Please refer to the sponsorship terms and conditions.

Cancellations/Refunds/No Shows

One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided AED150 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts an additional charge on AED100 will be deducted for wire transfer charges.

Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the congress, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
